Who is this Movie Hopper?

My hypothetical favorite movie stars Tadanobu Asano, Jackie Chan, and Kang-Ho Song.

Sometime in the 1970s, a bad dude, Ryunosuke Khan (Asano) arrives at a small town in Jilin province, China, forcing a pair of local orphan brothers (Chan and Song) to hijack a gas station and use it to train for the ultimate showdown. Cameos include Kim Il-Sung, Sammo Hung, Raul Julia, and members of the Buena Vista Social Club playing with Bruce Willis.

Who is this Movie Hopper?

My brain dedicates a silly amount of space to the storage of pop culture references.  I have a weakness for montages and good soundtracks.

Who is this Movie Hopper?

I’m the 5-year-old girl who fantasized about the little teacup from Beauty in the Beast being her best friend, who religiously memorized movie times every week, who never got to Oz because she didn’t make it through the tornado, and who never got over the fact that they shut down her favorite movie theater and replaced it with a supermarket.

When Salvador Dali and Luis Bunuel were working on The Andalusian Dog (Un Chien Andalou) the only rule in the writing of the script was that "no idea or image that might lend itself to a rational explanation of any kind would be accepted."

I enjoy hip hop and I would like to see it used a lot more in movies. I own Juice, She's Gotta Have It, Mo Betta Blues and Above The Rim. Jarmusch is cool because he is hella hip hop.
